As we all know Broccoli is a nutrient-rich vegetable broccoli is a superfood it has fiber, vitamin-k, and iron. it has a great source of antioxidants that provide a lot of benefits to your body. And for skin its a magic. But still don't add it to our regular diet because of its taste. but don't very we are going to make 3 tasty dishes with it which will make you Compelled to have it daily.
3 recipes that will turn this normal tasteless Broccoli into a mouth-watering dish.
1. Brocolli chatt
recipe -
Cut broccoli into small pieces, take a pan add 2 drops of olive oil ( you can add any oil, even desi ghee too) add cut broccoli in it then add a pinch of salt Sim the gas and cover it and let it cook for two to 3 minutes. Then add some boiled chickpeas, half tomato, half onion, cucumber, and 50 gm paneer in small pieces, mix it all add chat masala, squeeze lemon over it and it is ready to serve.
2. Broccoli paratha
Broccoli paratha is one of my favorites. It is as easy to make as it is wonderful to eat
Recipe-
First, knead the doughApply oil on it and keep it aside.. now you have to make the filling. So for that take a bowl and grate the broccoli and add boiled potatoes as per your quantity, You can also add two grated carrots to it This will make the test of the paratha even more delicious. Add all the Indian spices like - salt, chilly powder, and coriander powder. Add some fresh coriander leaves. Mix them all and your filling is ready.
Now for Making paratha. Take one ball from the kneaded dough and roll it. Fill the filling you made inside it and roll it again.
Grease the pan with a little oil and roast it like a normal paratha.
And your delicious, tasty paratha is ready to eat.
3. BROCCOLI SANDWICH
broccoli sandwich is going to be a perfect recipe for mothers. Because it is the easiest and the healthiest recipe to make in a quick way to give to the kids for lunch. And for office workers who do not have much time in the morning, it is also the best option for them to make lunch for themselves.
RECIPE-
FIRSTLY make a mixture of GRATED Broccoli and paneer. Then add 2 boiled potatoes you can add any veggies in it like carrot, capsicum, tomato, etc then add some salt according to your taste, chilly powder. Then add some mayonnaise mix it all And fill in the middle of your bread slices.
And yes it's ready, If you want, you can eat it like this or you can also roast it by greasing a little butter on the pan.
